Opium attar is made from the papaver poppy, and has a slightly sweet, citrusy fragrance, unlike anything else. We have added a tincture of finest patchouli to bring this intoxicating perfume down to earth.

What is attar?
Attars are distillates of flowers, herbs, spices, and other natural materials such as plant stems and leaves, distilled over another base oil, usually sandalwood.
This is one of the oldest natural fragrant making methods, dating back to 3000 BC
The aging period can last from one to ten years depending on the botanicals used and the results desired. Attars are highly concentrated and alcohol free
